Legendary eight time Billboard-charting artist recording artist D Train is celebrated worldwide for his many contributions to the Dance and R&B communities.
With an opulent mosaic of musical influences and talents, D Train’s deep-cut inspirations span the entire spectrum of genre and transcend the boundaries of time and style. Beyond the success of his popular hit songs, D Train has made significant contributions to the music industry through his prolific songwriting, having penned tracks for acclaimed artists such as Patti Austin. His captivating presence has graced the screens of both film and television, and he’s collaborated with musical icons Michael Jackson, Elton John, Vanessa Williams, Carrie Underwood, Cher, Luther Vandross and Mary J. Blige just to name a few.

Other major career highlights for D Train include his performances at Madison Square Garden and the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, D.C., sharing the stage with Garth Brooks, Sheila E., Steve Winwood, Snoop Dogg, Herbie Hancock, Bruce Springsteen and many others. In the fall of 2015, D Train was summoned by the Archdiocese of New York to perform “On Eagle’s Wings” at Madison Square Garden for Pope Francis’ visit to New York City.
