In 2019 she received the “Great merit award”, which quotes the following: “For her outstanding career as a singer and songwriter, earning a spot as one of the greatest Jazz figures in Mexico and Latin America, promoting universal values through her artistic work, sensibility, interpretative quality and great talent”.
Together with Armando Báez, she currently hosts two TV programs on channel 4 and channel 14 of Mexican national television.
Dannah performed on the same stage as Kurt Elling, Charlie Hunter and Ravi Coltrane, among other internationally renowned artists, during the Riviera Maya festival.
