DJ Air Afrique (Michael Sauter) is a swiss based musician, composer and Producer. He started music production in 1999 being part of the early swiss Rap group <a href="spotify:artist:2Le7dOaOuETzbshaap0s5S" data-name="LDeep">LDeep</a> and since then he is working as a professional composer for Movies scores and feature documentary films. Since 2016 he's running his own label Air Afrique Records which unites all the projects and productions created in his studio in downtown Zurich. The styles go from Ambient Downbeat, Afrobeat to Electronic EDM and Reggae. In the last 3 years he started collaboration with internationally known Reggae - Singers such as <a href="spotify:artist:6qT3BuvjUmrtH3OzJ18mRh" data-name="Echo Minott">Echo Minott</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:38E7cuUFRS1IpWXEkFF3DU" data-name="Jahnny Minott">Jahnny Minott</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3Nl5krgTVhE7EPc8Qv8ME7" data-name="Joseph Cotton">Joseph Cotton</a>. In the local Music scene he's also known as beeing the drummer of the Band <a href="spotify:artist:3IYdT1N2cxpj8lREOc3yBk" data-name="Dirty Slips">Dirty Slips</a>.
