Dutch Criminal Record are an indie surf band from Chichester on the south coast of the UK, whose signature sound is guitar-driven, energetic, and packed with nostalgia. They take influence from '60s giants' pop vocals while lacing each track with narratives of living in 21st-century Britain with blooming harmonies and dreamy instrumentation.
DCR's debut album ‘Novium’, translated from the Latin for ‘Chichester’ (the band’s hometown), represents a culmination of all that the band have achieved up until this point and an opportunity to reflect on their roots and admire the growth.
