a hertfordshire/north london based band, second thoughts was started by two friends in early 2019 and surfaced with a handful of self-produced demos on soundcloud.
they initially brought a light hearted, pop inspired sound to their 2021 ep stay hydrated before quickly transitioning to the more alternative minded, ross macdonald of The 1975 produced, ep nicotine stains which was released in early 2022.
after summer performances, including supporting Sports Team at their sold-out manchester academy show, second thoughts signed to manchester label lab records (Vistas, Tommy Lefroy) and released their latest ep fluke in april, produced by iain berryman (beabadoobee, Wolf Alice, Hozier)
