Future Underground Nations writer & producer DJ Edge, aka the Rhythm Master, began his musical journey in '92 at age 13, shaping the UK music scene ever since.
In the '90s, Edge under the name DJ Rhythm Master was also was a founder DJ on the mighty Dream 107.6FM, which was a pirate radio station based in south London specialising in Old Skool, Happy Hardcore and Jungle. He has had the absolute pleasure of gracing venues such as Wembley SSE Arena, IndigO2 Arena, Ministry of Sound, Roller Express, Bagleys, and Koko's.
He's shared stages with renowned DJs and has been a sought-after talent for events like Dream All nighter, Slammin Vinyl, Moondance, Garage Nation, and UKG Chronicles.
In '99, he transitioned to UK Garage and founded the UKG Collective Future Underground Nation creating the hit "The Way (It's The Way '99)." His music has graced many compilation albums and releases on major labels like Sony Music, Ministry Of Sound, Universal Music, and Warner Music and many compilations over the years such as Pure Garage, Ministry of Sound & Kisstory (Kiss FM)
To mark the 25th anniversary of the release of It’s the way back in 1999 a series of remixes are in the pipelines ! Brand new Disco House remix by Jet Boot Jack will be the first in the release series and is scheduled for release on the 30th of September 2024 on all digital platforms.
