Lolita Storm is the new generation's answer to grrrl power. These U.K. bad girls formed in 1999 in the midst of burgeoning teen pop reign of <a href="spotify:artist:26dSoYclwsYLMAKD3tpOr4">Britney Spears</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3nlHsNqwCSvT988ZfSW1Yh">Ronan Keating</a>. They were factory workers, waitresses, and teenage nightmares who were tired of such frilly soul-sapping, so they gave U.K. DJ Steve Lamacq a demo tape and the rest is history.
