Magnus Haven is a 5-piece Filipino alternative rock band. They envision their music to be the great sanctuary (as what Magnus Haven literally translates to) of those who love and long for the original alternative rock songs. They compose and arrange their own songs — like any bonafide musicians, in which the theme ranges from the happy and a deeper shade of blue.
They recorded the songs "Imahe," "Kapalmuks," Panalangin," "Landas," and "Santuwaryo," which has been digitally distributed by Warner Music Philippines and available now on all platforms. The band released their first Christmas song, "NOEL" and recently released a single, "Rosas" under Viva Records. Thus, although typically millennials – as their ages range from 20 to 25, their music is so 'rich and transcendental' giving them the capacity to appeal also to older generations.
Magnus Haven returns this 2023 with a back-to -back singles that definitely captures the heart. First is the beautiful-sounding track titled “Hele" means lullabye and just like that the track sounds light, inviting and easy–just like a pretty song that will put you at ease and feel in love. Another one is “Dambana," the song is catchy as it is filled with themes of a love that is compelling in its delivery. Recently, they released a new power ballad in “HILING," which lays down all their endearing aspects: strong melodies, relatable themes about wanting another shot at love and an execution in that signature Magnus Haven style.
