MONONKVL

Future popness unit “MONONKVL” is composed of Sara Yoshida and Ryuta Tsunoda, who extract the essence of jazz, soul, electro, and more. They have released four albums so far. Their poetic Japanese lyrics and genre-less pop music are highly supported by music fans.
Selected as “Spotify EarlyNoise” in 2018, starting with “Every One Minute” written as a commercial song for Citizen xC in 2020, ‘salvation’ as the ED theme for the TV anime “Vanitas no Teki” in 2022, and Sony “Xperia 1 IV” CM song “Higher”, and ‘READY’, the second tie-up song with Citizen xC, as well as producing CM songs for “FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '15” and SUMMER SONIC 2022" and various other domestic festivals.
After an interval in 2023 due to Sara Yoshida's maternity leave, the band resumed its activities in 2024.

吉田沙良と角田隆太によるジャズ、ソウル、エレクトロ…全てのエッセンスを抽出したフューチャーポップネスユニット“モノンクル”。これまでに4枚のアルバムをリリース。詩情豊かな日本語詞の世界観とジャンルレスでポップな楽曲は音楽ファンからの高い支持を得ている。

2018年「Spotify EarlyNoise」に選出。2020年シチズン クロスシーのCMソングとして書き下ろした「Every One Minute」を皮切りに、2022年TVアニメ『ヴァニタスの手記』EDテーマ「salvation」、ソニー“Xperia 1 IV”CMソング「Higher」、シチズン クロスシーとの2度目のタイアップソングとなる「READY」などのCM楽曲制作を行い、「FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ’15」「SUMMER SONIC 2022」をはじめとする様々な国内フェスへ出演している。
2023年吉田沙良の産休のためインターバルを挟み2024年より活動再開。
