YONA YONA WEEKENDERS is a band rooted in melodic hardcore and punk, delivering "Good Music to Pair with a Drink." based in Japan.
Led by vocalist Isono, whose expressive voice blends seamlessly with a solid band sound, they have long been at the forefront of the underground scene. Their live performances are a must-see.(are also known to sell a lot of alcohol, and at one live house, sales were apparently 15 times higher than normal.)
Constantly touring live houses across Japan, they continue to raise a glass with their audience while consistently releasing quality music. Their songs resonate deeply, inspiring more and more listeners every day.
With their sound weaving together comfort and hope, YYW continues to evolve. In April 2025, they will celebrate their anniversary with shows in Tokyo and Osaka.

2021年4月7日（ヨナの日）にビクターエンターテインメント内スピードスターレコーズからMajor 1st Single「いい夢」をリリース。
全国各地のライブハウスにて、ライブと乾杯を繰り広げつつ、コンスタントにリリースされる良曲な作品たちに、生きる活力を得るリスナーが日々増えている。
2024年には3年ぶりとなる2nd full album ”LIVE” をリリース。ライブバンドとしての生き甲斐を込めた作品のリリース全国ツアーには、初の台湾公演も追加となった。
年末にはメンバー編成の変更など、生きると共に奏でる故におこる様々な喜怒哀楽を乗り越え、”NOUKAI”と題した年末ワンマンライブを川崎クラブチッタにて行い年を締め括った。
心地よく希望を紡いでいくYYWは、さらなる進化を胸に、2025年も恒例の周年ワンマンライブを4月にツアー形式で東京大阪にて開催する。
