Born on December 10, 1993 in the city of Los Angeles, California, is
the youngest of two older sisters and the blessing of his parents who are originally
from Tepatitlán, Jalisco, and Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico respectively.
The young singer-songwriter describes his humble childhood in the city of East Los
Angeles as a happy and grateful one since his parents never let anything be
missing.
Oscar remembers with great affection how his grandmother and his godmother
bought him music instruments instead of toys. The first instrument he played was
the piano and to this day is his favorite.
The music running through his veins since a child, he remembers his father play
drums with a local group at family parties. At the age of 11 his father proposed to
him to sing in a local kermes of his community in which it would become his first
presentation in public.
On that occasion he performed the song "Nadie es Eterno en el Mundo” (that was originally sang by his idol Chalino Sánchez and seeing the reaction of the public he was motivated to pursue his dream.
Influenced by millennial tendencies in high school, he participated in a Rap contest
at the Home Depot Center through the after-school program called "After School All
Stars"and at 15 he had already been part of several local groups where he began
to compose his own song with different concepts.
