Filipino singer-songwriter and producer Pixie Labrador challenges the underrepresentation of sapphic OPM in the media with her honest and sincere ballads of queer love and heartbreak. From the age of 15, Pixie has organically grown audiences with her distinguishable style of music that is simple but lyrical, tranquil yet heart-wrenching, melancholic but comforting, and overflowing with deep thought.
Following the success of hit singles “What's It Like," "You Are," and sophomore EP "Pick Your Heartbreak," Pixie has garnered a cumulative 14 million streams across digital platforms, earned her spot on the Philippines Viral 50 charts, and grabbed the attention and praise of several of the nation's most renowned publications such as Nylon Manila, Republic Asia, Rappler, Young Star, and Scout Mag, among others.
In 2024, shortly after graduating from Berklee College of Music in New York City with a Master’s Degree in Songwriting & Production, Pixie made the notable decision to move back to Manila to pursue her advocacy in support of the Filipino LGBTQIA+ community and OPM scene.
Now a signed artist under Offshore Music, Pixie's musical theater-inspired, narrative-heavy lyricism - paired with indie pop-folk productions - creates safe spaces for listeners to embrace and express their authentic selves, traversing themes of identity, passion, and perpetual longing.
Pixie's 3rd EP "Someone" is out now on all streaming platforms.
