Bill's Buttermilk Pancakes:
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Salad Oil
2 Cups Buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients first, then add buttermilk/ eggs, add oil last
If batter is too thick, it is best to thin it with sweet milk as buttermilk is too thick to begin with. Should be about the consistency of heavy cream.
For waffles use 1/4 cup oil
