1970年9月19日生まれ。滋賀県出身。
1996年、ソロプロジェクト”T.M.Revolution”として「独裁-monopolize-」でデビュー。以降、「HIGH PRESSURE」「HOT LIMIT」「WHITE BREATH」「INVOKE -インヴォーク-」などヒット曲多数。
2018年からは西川貴教名義での音楽活動を本格的に開始。2024年にリリースした「FREEDOM」がロングヒット。2025年3月に3rdアルバム「SINGularity Ⅲ -VOYAGE-」をリリース。
2025年6月からT.M.Revolutionデビュー30周年に向けた全国ツアー「T.M.R. LIVE ELECTION -VOTE 30-」を開催中。
他にも俳優、声優、番組MCなど多岐に渡り新しい挑戦を続けている。
2008年、故郷である滋賀県から「滋賀ふるさと観光大使」に任命され、2009年より県初の大型野外音楽イベント「イナズマロックフェス」を主催、以降地元自治体の協力のもと毎年滋賀県にて開催。

In 1996, He debuted as “T.M.Revolution,” which is his solo project, with the song “Dokusai -monopolize-“. Since then, he has released many hit songs, including “HIGH PRESSURE”, “HOT LIMIT”, “WHITE BREATH”, “INVOKE.”
He has started another music career under his own name “Takanori Nishikawa” since 2018. His song “FREEDOM”, released in 2024, became a long-running hit. In March 2025, he released 3rd album, “SINGularity Ⅲ -VOYAGE”.
In June 2025, T.M.Revolution started a nationwide tour “T.M.R. LIVE ELECTION -VOTE 30-”.
Additionally, he continues to take on new challenges in various fields, including acting, voice acting, and as a TV program MC.
In 2008, he was appointed as the “Shiga Furusato Tourism Ambassador” from his hometown of Shiga Prefecture. Since 2009, he has hosted his rock festival, “Inazuma Rock Festival,” which has been held annually in Shiga with the cooperation of local authorities.
