Ghetto Boy (real name Kevin Kameni) is a Grammy Award-winning Cameroonian-Ghanaian artist, producer, and songwriter known for his fusion of Afrobeats, hip-hop, and soul. A true all-round musician, he produces, writes, mixes, and masters much of his own work.
Since releasing his first single in 2012 and his breakout EP Anointed in 2017, Ghetto Boy has made waves internationally. His hit “Under Lover” gained over 2 million streams and inspired a global dance trend. He’s collaborated with Mr. Eazi, Naira Marley, Fuse ODG, King Perryy, and Blue Lab Beats, and appeared on Angelique Kidjo’s Grammy-winning album Mother Nature.
In 2022, he performed two sold-out shows at the Holland Festival in Amsterdam with Angelique Kidjo. His 2023 EP 90s Bad Boy and its 2024 deluxe edition feature artists like DarkoVibes, Joey B, Fameye, and Efya.
Ghetto Boy also made his acting debut in the award-winning film Rye Lane and is currently based in New York City, continuing to push creative boundaries on a global stage.
