Jakob Lindhagen

Having played instruments since the age of five, Jakob Lindhagen is an award-winning composer, music producer and multi-instrumentalist based in Stockholm, Sweden - most at home in, but also no stranger to pushing the boundaries for postclassical/ ambient/ experimental music. Seamlessly moving between film scoring, solo work and various collaborations, his film credits include Norwegian drama <a href="spotify:album:1bhxvqU6djDYUzxvPf7RWm" data-name="Mon parfait inconnu (Bande originale du film)">Mon parfait inconnu (Bande originale du film)</a>, with the music nominated at the prestigious &#34;Music &amp; Cinema Marseille&#34;, the Palme d&#39;Or-nominated shorts &#34;Who Talks&#34; and &#34;Push It&#34;, as well as Swedish Academy-awarded feature doc <a href="spotify:album:1JFznoksVRpwCjCmf7eL4q" data-name="Skörheten">Skörheten</a> .

His solo debut <a href="spotify:album:0tGMGhNwmsdosQU3YPA2pn" data-name="Paces">Paces</a> (1631 Recordings/ Decca Publishing) and sophomore output <a href="spotify:album:0y2raostnGtcPhAaUTR8ls" data-name="Memory Constructions">Memory Constructions</a> (piano and coffee records), a concept album exploring unreliable memories, both appeared on several ”Best Albums Of The Year”-lists, and has streamed in the millions.

Together with longtime collaborator <a href="spotify:artist:5NMemsa74w1oXETsZZkh1a" data-name="Vargkvint">Vargkvint</a> he has several times toured internationally, and served as a co-writer, instrumentalist and co-producer alongside Grammy-winning Antonio Pulli on her 2023 release <a href="spotify:album:1QZDB6DjafFtK1FeSP2Lec" data-name="Månens hav">Månens hav</a>, recorded in <a href="spotify:artist:5gqhueRUZEa7VDnQt4HODp" data-name="Nils Frahm">Nils Frahm</a>&#39;s Saal 3-studio and released on his label Leiter. Other notable collaborations include the concept album <a href="spotify:album:32dQ6VGcKlWLwD0tJwhM2d" data-name="Stadsbilder">Stadsbilder</a> with sound artist <a href="spotify:artist:48wweWXKBVt3B0FdyYNprj" data-name="Dag Rosenqvist">Dag Rosenqvist</a> and contributions to compilations alongside <a href="spotify:artist:1U0FaHAc4fcwQcYEJFgkm9" data-name="Balmorhea">Balmorhea</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4QK3YJ6hzJdhJHE9q7kbVV" data-name="Eluvium">Eluvium</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:02uPe16VFxPaiueQsPEDkE" data-name="The Album Leaf">The Album Leaf</a> and more.

In 2024 he debuted on Icelandic/ American inprint I N N I with ambitious audio-visual work <a href="spotify:album:4h26CjvG3KbyTvPffD1Uvj" data-name="Stages of Change">Stages of Change</a>.
