In the year 19XX the earth was engulfed in war. There lived a genius biologist named Dr. Jimi (hobby: guitar) who was about to conclude a mad science experiment for a pack of superior creatures that would be called MAN WITH A MISSION. Their looks may be deceiving and even comical at first glance, but they have incredible brain power and a superhuman physique. The principality of Zeon had them work in the dark shadows of history in various locations around the world.
Dr. Jimi was plagued by guilt that his creations had contributed to some of the most evil deeds in history and decided to put an end to it. He wanted to ensure that they wouldn't fall under the spell of evil again and so he froze them into eternal sleep. Time passed and in 2010, the warming and deterioration of the planet melted the icy caskets and MWAM awoke from eternal sleep!
Are they working for justice for this world, or nothing but evil? Either way “MAN WITH A MISSION” is now back on the mission around the world!

19XX年、地球が戦禍の炎に包まれていた時代、狂気の天才科学者ジミー・ヘンドリックス博士（趣味：ギター）の手により生まれた究極の生命体『MAN WITH A MISSION(MWAM)』。人間なのか？狼なのか？世界各地のあらゆる黒い歴史の影で、悪の支配者の命令のままに暗躍を重ねに重ねた彼等。自分の研究がこの世に生み出してしまった業、その罪の意識にさいなまされ続けたジミー博士は、せめてもの償いとして二度と彼らが起動しないよう、誰の手にも渡らぬよう南極に冷凍し、永遠の眠りにつかせる。
時は経ち、2010年。
地球は世界規模の経済危機、情勢不安も相次ぎ、地球温暖化という星の危機にも直面していた。そしてその星の危機が、彼らの南極の氷の棺を溶かし 永年の眠りから目覚めてしまったMWAM。彼らは、この世の中にとっては正義なのか？はたまた悪なのか。『MAN WITH A MISSION』が新たな使命と共に、世界中を駆けめぐる。
