PAU HANA is a premier island reggae band led by the iconic voice and songwriter Nela Otuafi. Blending Hawaiian, Polynesian, and reggae influences, the group rose to prominence with Return With Honour and classic songs like “Nani,” “Island Girls,” “Wake Up My Darling,” and “Nawahine.”

Their catalog has earned millions of global streams across Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, solidifying their place in island reggae, Hawaiian reggae, and Pacific roots music.

Following a 25-year hiatus, Pau Hana returned with sold-out performances at the House of Blues and a celebrated homecoming at Blaisdell Arena in Hawai‘i. The band continues its resurgence with its performances on this year’s 2026 Holoholo Festival line-up and new music including “Plumerias,” “Mood Girl,” “Lifetime,” and “Butterfly Belly.”

Their 2026 release “Guri Guri Girl” launches a long-awaited full-length album, reaffirming Pau Hana as a leading force in island reggae and Polynesian music worldwide.
