Pinc Louds is the musical project of Puerto Rican artist, Claudi. Their sound, aesthetic and electrifying yet heart-wrenching performances have been shaped by years of performing in the subways and parks of New York City.
Channeling artists as diverse as Daniel Johnston, Billie Holiday, Pixies and Bola de Nieve, Pinc Louds’ sound is impossible to label. What it is is alive, constantly evolving and constantly true.
During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Pinc Louds started playing regularly at Tompkins Square Park in the East Village, where they were hailed as the band that “saved summer” (ABC News, Gothamist ).
Pinc Louds is Marc Mosteirin (keyboards and bass), Matt Dallal (drums) and Claudi (vocals, guitar, kalimba and marimba)
