Hailing from Cardiff, Red Telephone’s blend of melodic psych and darkwave has drawn comparisons to indie trailblazers MGMT, St. Vincent, and fellow Welsh cult favourites Super Furry Animals. Exploring themes of paranoia, doubt and dissolution ‘Delay the New Day’ was arranged by the band in solitude in Cornwall and recorded semi-live.
