you take ultimately leads you back to your roots, like it's predestined. Alamo
Race Track knows all about it.
The band, centred around Dutch singer and guitarist Ralph Mulder, releases
four excellent albums full of witty rock music between 2003 and 2015, winning
the hearts of many indie fans in the process. Black Cat John Brown, from the
eponymous album and with a make-do music video, shot in the dressing room
of the Tivoli venue, becomes an underground success.
Alamo Race Track disappeared from the public eye for some time, but has
quietly been working on a new album, Greetings from the Tear Valley and the
Diamond Ae.
Mulder, born and raised in the Dutch province of Groningen, went back to the
north when his father got very ill, and found the inspiration for a new album
through memories and recollections of his youth in the town of Winschoten.
Before the fruits of his writings are released,. Their their new album Greetings from the Tear Valley and the
Diamond Ae on October 6th through Excelsior Recordings.
