Formed in 2011. Their music is called "TOKYO AOR" that is rooted in Japanese 70-80s City Pop and new music. With their unique sense of modern arrangement, they currently deliver a retro-modern sound.
Their music has feeling of scenery and nostalgia, and vocals of Sho Kurashina is said to be one & only. In addition, their lyrics, written by Kurashina and Enmoto, have each individuality.
Inspired by new music, their evergreen music has fascinated many listeners of all ages and generations.
They are expanding good music and activities from Japan to Asia and overseas.

2011年東京で結成。
『流行りのシティポップ』の遥か先を行く本物の “AOR” バンド、GOOD BYE APRIL。ニューミュージックを血肉に洋邦の 80's サウンドをクロスオーヴァーした楽曲と、切なさと爽やかさを併せ持つ歌声と溢れでる郷愁性が魅力のネオ・ニューミュージックバンド。
メンバーや当時のスタッフで好きな単語を持ち寄り、その中にGOODBYEとAPRILがあり、「それぞれの第２歩」「別れと出会い」という意味を込め、バンド名が決まる。
情景や郷愁を感じさせる楽曲と、ワン&オンリーといわれる倉品翔のボーカル。また倉品と延本によるそれぞれの個性を持った歌詞は、時代も世代も問わず多くのリスナーを魅了している。
2023年 春、日本クラウン・PANAM(細野晴臣、鈴木茂、林立夫、松任谷正隆が結成したティン・パン・アレーや大貫妙子、ムーンライダーズ等を輩出した日本ニューミュージックの名門レーベル)よりメジャーデビュー。
シティポップの巨匠・林哲司プロデュースによるデビュー曲「BRAND NEW MEMORY」など、これまでに4枚のシングルをリリース。また、林哲司50周年記念トリビュートアルバムに参加、シティポップの女王・EPOや紅白出場歴もありシーンの先駆者のキンモクセイと共演するなど、精力的に活動中。
