The singers of Libera are aged seven to sixteen. They come from many backgrounds, attending schools in South London. They are boys and they sing, but they do not think of themselves as choirboys rather an alternative kind of boy band.

Libera's records regularly soar high in the classical charts in the UK, USA and Japan. They have a visible presence online with hundreds of millions YouTube views, and millions more plays on Spotify and other streaming platforms. They are familiar to UK audiences through TV appearances and performances at a broad range of venues - from Westminster Cathedral to the South Bank in London, to the Edinburgh Festival and many UK cathedrals. The boys are often to be heard on Classic FM and radio stations worldwide, and they regularly appear on TV programmes like BBC's ‘Songs of Praise’ .

Libera boys have travelled the world and sung to millions. But, as one of them said, “The travelling and filming is fun but even if we didn’t go anywhere I’d still want to do it because I just love singing.”
