Century’ by Classic FM. She further cemented her title by gaining her 14th No. 1 Album, smashing
the record books since signing to Universal Classics at the tender age of 22.
Born in Neath, South Wales, Katherine trained at the Royal Academy of Music. Within months of
graduating, she signed the 'biggest recording deal in UK classical music history' and had her
breakthrough performance in 2003 at Westminster Cathedral in honour of Pope John Paul II's Silver
Jubilee. Following her chart-topping debut album “Premiere”, Katherine became the talisman for her
much beloved Welsh rugby team, has performed for Popes, Presidents, and the British Royal Family,
and collaborated with legends such as Andrea Bocelli, José Carreras, and David Foster.
