Limi

With Li’s lazy and seductive voice, dreamily music style , and plain yet sincere lyrics, Limi has became well-known for the lovestruck songs presented as a unique form of shojo manga. Their debut album "One of Two" was nominated for "Best Vocal Album" at the 31st GMA, and was also nominated for Apple music's 2019 New Artist of the Year and Top 100 Songs, as well as KKBOX's New Sound.

Limi is formed in Taipei, Taiwan by singer-songwriter Li and producer Mi. This dynamic duo met in college when they worked together in the indie band Nightcap, and later began to develop a duo-with Li taking charge of top-line and vocal production while Mi as producer, playing, arranging and recording basically all of the songs. Their avant-garde electronic sound combined with catchy top-line melodies and the trippy atmosphere created by relaxing beat and ethereal female vocals has given them a unique position in Taiwan's indie sense.

In 2022, Limi present the second album "Bad Babe" that continues the character setting in the first album "One of Two” , along with the transformation from a pure and naive girl to a mature and daring “bad kitty”. In terms of its genre, the continuation of Lo-Fi, Chillhop style, incorporating the elements of Disco, Ambience, Alternative Dance, etc. has been featured on this bilingual album. The emergence of daring rhythms, more various sound elements would lead you from a dreamy status into a surreal scenery.
