Jingo is a Brazilian artist originally from Recife, Pernambuco. He started his career playing little ditties on street-corners and canal-crossings in his hometown and right across the river in Olinda as well. Jingo thinks that Seu Jorge might be his spirit animal and firmly adheres to the principle that any good song can be made better when set to bossa, as he was taught by <a href="spotify:artist:7uURaMgSBw2wkwAqTdaisN" data-name="Sixth Finger">Sixth Finger</a>. He is also very proud of his version of <a href="spotify:track:7EpxIfGxZn9NCgbUjHbJi2" data-name="Profugos">Profugos</a> which pays homage to the Argentine greats Soda Estereo.
